Muscular Strength:
Muscle’s ability to generate force against physical objects, how much weight you can lift for different strength training exercises
Muscular Endurance:
Ability to make repeated contractions against a moderate load, how long your muscles can last during higher rep strength exercises
Flexibility:
Ability of your joints to move through a full range of motion, better posture, less tension and soreness, reduced risk of injury, more relaxation for the mind and body
Nutrition:
Obtaining the food necessary for promoting good health and growth and disease prevention. Protein, carbohydrates, fat, fibers, vitamins and minerals and water.
